This house is one of the rare accommodation possibilities on the island Armona itself. It is situated on one of the sandy island beaches of the Eastern Algarve in the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa. It is only reachable by a passenger-ferry from the sea-port town of Olhão. Ferries are working in offseason 3-4 times a day and in the high season regularly.
The island has several cafes and restaurants and shops for daily needs as fresh bread and fish. From the ferry-jetty it is a 10 minute walk along the paths towards the Atlantic side of the island to the house.
The house is quietly situated near one of the tidal lakes. Ideal for safe swimming for children.
The island with no roads and no cars and the simple furnished house garanty a peacefull holiday for lovers of nature, beachlovers, families or birdwatchers.
