Within this big villa you find these 4 next to each other tastefully furnished rooms with bathroom including shower and toilette. Each one has a small terrace in front viewing the swimming pool. These rooms are perfect for a couple (it has a double bed only). Besides the double bed there is a seat which can be turned into a small bed for a child. In the adjecent reception area you find a fully equipped communal kitchen and a Satellite TV. The big pool surrounded by a spacious grass and paved area with beach chairs is shared with the guests of the whole house. The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area just a few minutes by car from various beaches with great surf possibilites and surf schools, cafes and restaurants.
